Why Sunday School?

Sunday School is designed to promote the growth of people of all ages towards maturity in Christ.

TO GROW IN KNOWLEDGE

TO GROW IN CHARACTER

TO GROW IN LOVE

2 Peter 3:18

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

1 Timothy 4:7-8

... discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness. For... godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

John 13:34

A new commandment I give to you: that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

Sunday School classes for men, women, boys, and girls of all ages meet every Sunday morning from 9:45 am until 10:45 am.

Teachers: John Melbourne and Pastor Mike Quillen

Love. Joy. Sorrow. Anger. Compassion. Fear.

Emotions fuel most of the pleasure and pain in life and relationships. What does God want us to DO with our emotions? What CAN we do with our emotions? How do we handle the emotions of others? What is the “problem” with emotions? What hope does God provide? If you’re between 18 and 25 years old, we’d love to have you join us to discuss these issues. We meet next door to the church building at the Centennial House, 109 Barrington Rd (also known as Pastor Shibu and Mary’s house) every Sunday at 9:52 AM.
